LetsBonk alternatives: Solana launchpads beyond bonk.fun (2026)

8 min read · Updated October 26, 2026

The main LetsBonk alternatives are pump.fun, which is still the largest Solana launchpad; Raydium LaunchLab itself or other front ends built on it; launchpads built on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve; Moonshot's in-app Create feature; and sasa, which launches Solana coins on the standard curve and lets you pay from USDC. bonk.fun (the current name of LetsBonk) remains a real option, so the right switch depends on whether you care most about audience size, creator earnings, or not having to hold SOL.

What is LetsBonk (bonk.fun)?

LetsBonk.fun launched on April 25, 2025, a week after Raydium released LaunchLab, its toolkit for running a launchpad. LetsBonk was a front end on top of LaunchLab, backed by the BONK community, and pitched itself as a launchpad whose revenue would flow back to BONK. It grew quickly: in July 2025 it took the majority of new Solana graduations from pump.fun for a few weeks, before pump.fun won back about three quarters of the market by August, according to The Block. It has since rebranded as bonk.fun.

How it works today:

  • Coins start on a LaunchLab bonding curve, with SOL or USD1 (a dollar stablecoin) as the curve's quote asset.
  • Each curve trade pays about 1.5%: 0.25% to LaunchLab and 1.25% to the platform, according to a fee breakdown updated in October 2026.
  • When the curve fills, the coin graduates to a Raydium pool, with the pool setup paid from the curve's reserves.
  • A large share of revenue goes to BONK. DefiLlama shows 50% of fees going to BONK purchases since June 2025, and 2026 reporting says those purchases now go to a treasury instead of being burned. Its public revenue dashboard is the place to check the current split.

DefiLlama lists bonk.fun with about $78 million in cumulative fees and around $4 million over the 30 days to late October 2026, so it is still an active platform, just well behind pump.fun.

Why are people looking for LetsBonk alternatives?

  • Audience. pump.fun has more traders watching new coins, so a launch there is seen by more people in its first minutes.
  • Fees. At around 1.5% per curve trade, bonk.fun costs traders slightly more than pump.fun's 1.25%.
  • Creator pay. bonk.fun does not publish a fixed creator rate in its terms, while some alternatives state one.
  • BONK is not your community. The BONK link is a strength for BONK holders and irrelevant for everyone else.
  • Wallet friction. Like most Solana launchpads, it needs a Solana wallet and SOL.

How we compared them

We compared launch options on Solana only, since that is where a LetsBonk user's buyers already are. For each one we checked the curve, the trading fee, how much reaches the creator, where coins graduate, and what you need to start. Sources were project documentation, DefiLlama, and 2025-2026 coverage; where a creator rate is set per platform rather than published, we say that instead of guessing.

Fee details from each platform's documentation and 2025-2026 reporting. Rates change; check before launching.

1. pump.fun: the biggest Solana launchpad

pump.fun is where most Solana meme coins still start. Creating a coin has no platform fee. Each trade on the bonding curve pays 1.25%: 0.30% to the creator and 0.95% to the platform. When the curve fills, the coin moves to PumpSwap, pump.fun's own exchange, where the fee steps down as the coin's market cap grows and creators keep earning a share in the lower tiers. Since April 2026, half of pump.fun's revenue has been committed to buying and burning its PUMP token.

Its strength is reach: more traders, more tools and more bots watch pump.fun than any other launchpad. The weakness is the same thing: a new coin competes with a flood of others. For a direct comparison, read pump.fun vs LetsBonk; for the wider field, pump.fun alternatives.

2. Raydium LaunchLab: the engine under bonk.fun

LaunchLab is not a consumer launchpad itself so much as the toolkit bonk.fun is built on, and other teams run their own front ends on it. Since an upgrade on August 17, 2026, new LaunchLab coins graduate only to Raydium's CPMM pools, the platform's share of graduation liquidity is locked, and the rest is burned. Curves can use SOL, USDC or RAY as the quote asset, fixed at launch. Platform fees are capped at 1% and creator fees at 0.5%.

For creators, the practical meaning is that any LaunchLab front end behaves much like bonk.fun under the hood, and the differences are in the platform's fee setting, its audience and its extras. A USDC-quoted curve is worth knowing about if you prefer stable prices over SOL-denominated ones.

3. Launchpads built on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve

Meteora offers a similar toolkit, the Dynamic Bonding Curve, used by a number of launchpads and apps, including Believe's tweet-to-token launches. Partners choose the quote asset (SOL, USDC or others), the curve shape, and fee schedules that can start high to deter snipers. When a curve fills, the coin migrates to a Meteora pool with the liquidity locked, and the partner and the creator can claim fees from that locked position. Jupiter integrates these curves directly, so coins are tradable there from the start.

Because each partner sets its own fees and creator share, there is no single number to compare. Read the specific launchpad's fee page before you launch.

4. Moonshot Create: launching from a phone

Moonshot, built by the DEX Screener team, is a mobile app for buying meme coins with a card or Apple Pay, and its Create feature lets projects launch from inside the app. It uses a self-custodial wallet you sign into with email, so new users skip the seed phrase. It is a good fit for creators whose audience buys from phones rather than trading terminals. Fees for trading in the app are higher per trade than on a launchpad's curve, so check its current fee schedule. Our Moonshot alternatives guide covers the app in more depth.

5. sasa: a Solana launch paid from USDC

sasa is a web app for trading and launching coins from one USDC balance (Cash), with sign-up by email or by connecting a wallet such as MetaMask. A Solana launch on sasa goes onto Solana's standard launch curve, so the coin shows up right away in the Solana apps traders already use: explorers like Solscan, DexScreener, GMGN and wallets. The launch costs about $5 from Cash plus whatever first buy you choose, with no SOL or Solana wallet needed.

Creator fees on these coins are split half to the creator and half to sasa, and that split is fixed in the launch itself. sasa reads the first trades straight from Solana, so the coin page shows the chart and trade list from the first trade. When someone sells on sasa while the coin is on the curve, it is sold back to the curve and the proceeds return to their USDC Cash. When the curve fills, the coin graduates to a regular pool. The trade-off: sasa is newer and smaller than bonk.fun or pump.fun, so its own audience is small, although the coin is visible across Solana apps. The walkthrough is in how to launch a meme coin on Solana.

Worked example: what a trader pays on a $500 curve buy

Example only, using the curve fee rates above, ignoring Solana network fees and price impact.

  • bonk.fun at about 1.5%: around $7.50 in fees, of which roughly $1.25 goes to LaunchLab and $6.25 to the platform.
  • pump.fun at 1.25%: around $6.25 in fees, of which $1.50 goes to the creator.
  • A LaunchLab front end charging the 1% platform cap plus LaunchLab's share: somewhat more than $5, depending on its settings.

For a single buy, the difference is small. For an active trader making dozens of round trips a week, it adds up, and for a creator the creator share matters more than the total. Solana creator fees explained shows how creator fees accumulate over a coin's life.

Does it matter if a curve is priced in SOL, USD1 or USDC?

Most Solana launches price their curve in SOL, but bonk.fun also supports USD1, LaunchLab supports USDC and RAY, and Meteora partners can choose their own quote asset. For buyers the difference is real, if small. On a SOL curve, your position moves with both the coin and SOL: if SOL drops 10% while the coin holds steady in SOL terms, you are still down in dollars. On a stablecoin curve, the curve price is already in dollars, so that second layer of movement is gone.

For creators, a stablecoin curve makes graduation targets and fees easier to explain, because they do not change with SOL's price. On the other hand, most Solana traders hold SOL, so a SOL curve is one step simpler for them to buy into. Neither choice changes the main risk, which is the coin itself.

What happens after a Solana coin graduates?

Every option above ends the same way for a successful coin: the curve fills, and the coin moves to a regular pool. What differs is where. pump.fun coins go to PumpSwap, LaunchLab coins (including bonk.fun) go to Raydium's CPMM pools, and Meteora curve coins go to Meteora pools. For holders, nothing needs to be done; the coin keeps trading and aggregators like Jupiter route to the new pool. The details are in what happens when a Solana meme coin graduates. Most coins never graduate at all, which is worth remembering before you buy one in its first minutes.

Which LetsBonk alternative should you use?

  • You are part of the BONK community and want revenue to support it: stay on bonk.fun.
  • You want the most eyes on a new coin: pump.fun.
  • You are building your own launchpad or want a USDC-quoted curve: a Raydium LaunchLab front end, or build on LaunchLab directly.
  • You belong to a community that already runs a Meteora-based launchpad: launch there.
  • Your buyers mostly use phones and cards: Moonshot.
  • You want to launch on Solana without SOL or a Solana wallet, paying from USDC: sasa.

If your buyers are not on Solana at all, our lists of Four.meme alternatives for BNB Chain and Clanker alternatives for Base cover the launch options there.

To see what is launching on Solana right now, sasa's new Solana meme coins list updates every 30 minutes. Meme coins are extremely risky; most new launches lose almost all their value within hours.

Questions

Is LetsBonk the same as bonk.fun?

Yes. LetsBonk.fun launched in April 2025 on Raydium's LaunchLab and later rebranded as bonk.fun. It is the same platform and still uses LaunchLab curves.

What fees does bonk.fun charge?

A trade on a bonk.fun bonding curve pays about 1.5%, made up of 0.25% to Raydium's LaunchLab and 1.25% to the platform, according to an October 2026 breakdown. Solana network fees are extra.

Does bonk.fun still burn BONK?

DefiLlama shows about half of bonk.fun's fees going to BONK purchases since June 2025. Reporting in 2026 says those purchases now go to a treasury rather than being burned, so check bonk.fun's revenue dashboard for the current split.

Is pump.fun or bonk.fun cheaper?

On the bonding curve, pump.fun charges 1.25% per trade and bonk.fun about 1.5%, so pump.fun is slightly cheaper for traders. pump.fun also publishes a fixed 0.30% creator share on curve trades.

Where do bonk.fun coins go when they graduate?

bonk.fun coins graduate to Raydium pools. Since an August 2026 LaunchLab upgrade, new LaunchLab coins graduate only to Raydium's CPMM pools, with part of the graduation liquidity locked and the rest burned.

Can I launch a Solana meme coin without SOL?

Yes, on sasa. A Solana launch is paid from your USDC Cash balance, costs about $5 plus your first buy, and does not need SOL or a Solana wallet.

Is bonk.fun safe to use?

bonk.fun runs on Raydium's LaunchLab contracts, which are widely used on Solana. The coins launched there are another matter: anyone can launch one, so check mint and freeze authority, holder concentration and liquidity before buying.
